Abc Seamless - Window moisture between pains on a window in less than a year & slow repair service from hail damage
Purchased seven windows & one bathroom window has moisture between the pains when it is very cold out. Called Omaha office & they would not even come out & look. Says it does this due to being a bathroom window. When we talk to other window companies they say the seal is brook.
Had hail damage with "April 2013" storm signed contract June "2013" for gutter & shutter replacement. It took until March 10th to have gutters to be replaced. Violet called to see if we are happy with work done & was going to send bill out. We told her shutters had not been replaced. Told her to take them off the bill she said she would check with the manager Matt or Ted owner. Called back the next day & said they would be out that week to get shutters replaced but did receive our bill for the full amount on this day. We did not hear back until June 20, 2014 from Violet again wanting to know why we have not paid our bill. We reminded her about the shutters & acted like she did not know about. Again told her to *** cost of shutters & we would pay. This time around Violet said she will send out new bill with shutter price taken off. HOPE I NEVER HALF TO DEAL WITH AGAIN ALL EMPLOYES WE TALKED WITH ON THE PHONE ARE RUDE
We did leave a message at the National Office but NO retune call.
