Verified ReviewerWarranty is worthless. Go with someone else.
I had ABC seamless siding installed from an Ozark, MO franchise. I need help because the siding is fading in some spots and I filed a warranty claim with the corporate.
They say it is the responsibility of the franchise in the Ozarks and they will not even come to look at it.
The warranty was part of the reason we chose ABC, but now I understand that we're actually dealing with independent contractors, and ABC will do nothing. This franchise has since gone out of business and ABC won't stand behind it.
- Looked good for 3 years and then started fading
- Warranty is useless
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Don’t use any franchise of ABC Seamless
I just want a replacement screen for one of my windows
I had over 20k in windows installed in 2020. Work was good, install time was good, windows look good and appear to function well.
Then we got a storm and some debris was flying around out back and damaged a screen on my kitchen window. I called, many days I called and asked how to file a warranty claim to replace the screen frame. Always the same, we will find someone to help you and have them call you back, the system is down, we have a new system and we can't make it work, on and on for over 2 months. I finally get a call back and am told to file with my house insurance, and they will send out a tech to replace.
I am not filing with my house insurance and it is not the window company's place to tell me to do that. I just want a replacement screen.
I would also like to know, in detail, just what a 50yr window warranty does cover because according to the website the screen should be covered as it is part of the window. Just beware of falling into the trap of ABC Windows and Doors.

Verified ReviewerFailure to communicate honestly
I purchased a home with siding previously installed by the local ABC Seamless franchise. I need siding replaced due to renovations.
The vendor promptly provided a quote and requested a deposit. The deposit was paid promptly. For that point on it was a constant battle to get any communication. Promised install dates came and went with no action or communication.
Finally spoke to the salesman who strongly encouraged me to get my deposit back because they had had no idea of when or if they would ever get to my job.
He cited too much work, broken equipment, and labor issues as all reasons why the company could not make a schedule or commit to completing the install. While they did return my deposit when requested, I would not recommend ABC Seamless of Missoula for your siding needs.
- Product appears to be good
- Cannot perform to a schedule
User's recommendation: Do not use.
Unsatisfied
We purchased the gutters, the salesman told us it would be 4 to 6 weeks that they would installed. 4 months later they finally had them installed , They leaked, werent level , and some of the elbows were a different color. After calling and talking to different people , a month and a half later they finally came out and hopefully fixed them, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
Fantastic company the bad reviews are done by jealous competitors
This company has done tens of thousands of jobs all over the United States. Some of the reviews are not from the us. Pissed consumer website should be taken down.
Bad experience
I got an obligation free quote but they still charged $1500 deposit for the work which was to happen in 6 months time. Closer to the time I couldnt go ahead with them and requested my money back and I was happy to pay some administrative cost.
But they refuse to refund the entire amount saying they have incurred cost. Ok I said give me itemised invoice for the cost and I have heard no response from them
The paper I signed had no mention of them keeping the deposit if customers decide to not go ahead
User's recommendation: Please do not pay any deposit . Please shop around as there are better small companies who don’t charge any deposit and do equally good work

No change.
There were problems almost from Day 1 with a leaking gutter and other issues. I attempted to get repairs and issues addressed ever since that time-- sending several emails, photos, and videos (of leaks and leaking gutters) to Larry Grayson, owner of ABC Seamless of Billings, MT. I continued those efforts even after my mother passed away at the age of 92the gutter still leaking all over the patio. During a warm day in December 2019, I noticed a small stream of water running down from beneath the soffit and across the brick on the front of the house.
That had not happened prior to the work done by ABC Seamless. Late in the fall of 2020, I had the siding replaced on the home due to hail damage. The siding contractor stated that due to the "shoddy" installation of the gutters, soffits and fascia, he would have to remove all of it in order to install the new siding, because the soffit and fascia were installed on top of the siding, making siding repair or replacement impossible without first entirely removing them. The contractor stated that there was no venting as well at the soffits.
The lack of venting could very likely have ended up causing even more damage to the structure as time went by. The cost for the new replacement gutters, soffit and fascia was almost $7,000.00. A pergola on the back patio, attached closely to the gutters, soffits and fascia, also had to be removed. The estimates for its replacement have ranged from about $3,500 to $14,000.00.
I believe that the work done by ABC Seamless of Billings was inferior in every way and that their shoddy installation methods resulted in the additional costs of almost $7,000.00 for the gutters, soffits and fascia replacement.
I believe that the company misrepresented themselves as to their abilities to correctly install the product, the training of their employees, ability to complete the job in a timely and correct manner, the quality of the completed project and materials, and were tardy/hesitant/negligent in addressing major installation flaws when they were raised by the homeowner and the contractor.
This does not include the hours and hours that I have spent in trying to get a remedy for this situation.
Needless to say, this also impacts the insurance companies that provide coverage for our homes. My homeowners premiums were due to increase 74%. But it is the homeowners who are impacted the most because premiums are just raised to cover it and homeowners are often left picking up the cost to repair the mess or hire a new contractor, as stated in multiple complaints against the company in various postings. Mr.
Graysons efforts to deflect blame and to discredit any contractors or homeowners who point out his "shoddy" techniques, is despicable.
Considering the number of complaints online, and those that we can assume have been silenced, or 'voted with their feet', how is it possible that this company is still allowed to do business in Montana? However, I am very grateful for the assistance of Emily at the Montana Department of Justice (MT DOJ, Office of Consumer Protection, Helena, MT, 59620, 406-444-****).
- Faulty installation poor communication questionalble ethics
Preferred solution: I want an apology from the company, and a good faith offer to partially cover the expenses (not covered by insurance) to correct their mistakes.
User's recommendation: I do NOT recommend this company.

Verified ReviewerNo respect
had to have 10 more tiles fixed after painting was done.
have been waiting three weeks for this to happen. Hajit rang and said he was coming today to fix the tiles.
we specifically said do not enter the premises until we are there,
we get home and he has entered the premises with a ladder put over our side gate to get to power, our dog is extremely stressed because they put the ladder over side gate which is locked for a reason.
i rang the office and spoke to Wayne he offered us a discount of $100 which is an insult as this has been going on since Xmas.
HAJIT wasnt happy that we spoke to the office , so we said to him would you enter next doors property without permission and he said no and we said we asked you not to enter our property until we get home his response was he wanted to get started.we told him we would be home in about 45mins after his call, yet he couldnt wait.People just cant drop things when they decide when they want to come and do the job, people have work as well.
Simply not good enough absolutely no respect for us at all.we asked this because our dog is 13 and a half and we know he gets stressed, so again absolutely no respect , It obviously doesnt matter that we have had to wait, for a possible 1 week job that has taken near well over 2 months.
we have already had guttering replaced because they leant the ladder against it and dented and scratched it , so what do they do today, you got it leant ladder against guttering that has already been fix.
JUST NO RESPECT!!!!! Hajit still arguing that we asked him not to enter property.

Resolved: DO NOT HIRE ABC!!
DO NOT HIRE ABC SEAMLESS!! Where do I start with this review?
We contacted ABC in May 2019 as we needed to have shakes on 3 sides of our home replaced due to continual woodpecker damage (past and present tense). Mark, the salesperson, came out and did the initial estimate. We got bids from 5-6 other companies as well, and, while ABC was not the lowest price, we decided to go with them based on the reviews online as well as the fact that Mark said that the crew would be able to start the following week and be done quickly (he stated at the latest 3 weeks from start to finish).
We signed the contract with Mark, and days later received a call saying he screwed up and forgot to add in the Tyvek backing into the bid, which would increase the cost of the project by over $1000. While we did not like that the price had gone up, we had already dismissed the estimates from the other companies, so decided to move forward with ABC regardless.
Another couple weeks went by, and still no word on when the crew would start. I continually had to call Mark to figure out when they would be starting and kept getting different excuses, from color match issues of the siding, to back-order issues, etc. Fine. Another week or so went by, and I got a call from ABC saying that I would need to call an arborist to come out and trim back the trees on one side of the house before they could start.
Really? OK, fine. After doing some research to find a good arborist who could come out quickly to do the trimming, another $600 gone.
More weeks go by, still no updates. Finally the production team called and said they had the siding in and would come out to start a couple days later.
Oops, I guess they received some of the wrong color, so had to order more to match. Another week+ goes by. I had to call again and they said they finally received everything they needed. The crew came to the house, and after walking around for 10 minutes, they knocked on the door and told me they didn’t have ladders tall enough to do the job; you’re a siding company…we have a house in S.
Minneapolis, not a 3-story mansion on Lake Minnetonka. You don’t have ladders to put on siding? Four months later you’re just now realizing this? In the meantime, we have had woodpeckers literally beginning to nest behind the siding that was to be replaced months earlier.
Signed the contract in June 2019, Mark calls me in Sept 2019 telling me they have to back out of the job because they don’t have the equipment. It took you 4 months (from time of the estimate) to realize you didn’t have ladders to reach the siding on a home? He wrote down all of the dimensions. How do you screw that up?
So now here we are, in Sept-Oct, and no one is available to do the job yet this year.
Not to mention now the prices are higher. So now we’re out the $600 for tree trimming that was mandated by ABC, we cannot get the job done this year because of ABC’s incompetence and lack of follow-through, and we have considerably worse damage to the house with it being 4 months later from continual woodpecker activity. While I know we have no monetary recourse in this case, if I can stop at least 1 person from hiring ABC, I will feel my experience was not completely in vain. They preach about being a “family-run” business and that they stand behind their work, but a “family-run” company cannot be allowed to continue business like this, but this “family” will leave you behind the first chance they get.
They need to be held accountable for their actions, and hopefully this will aid in that effort. Thanks for reading!

Came & took off old gutters; left at least 6-7 six inch metal spikes in flower beds & yard. Luckily didn't hit any with lawnmower.
Waiting for months now for this company to come put in the gutters, that are already paid for. Want money up front, then don't return or finish job. Said they would be here weeks ago; no one has been here or even called. Now they won't even return phone calls.
Typical shady contractor; taking on too much work! They do seem to do good work, but owners/management need some serious work.

ABC not standing up to peeling vinyl on siding
Contacted current ABC representative. About peeling vinyl.
Siding installed 1986. Representative states im 95 % liable for repairs and wants 2695 for repairs.
Preferred solution: I would consider painting the areas of concern never expected replacing
Said they would fix, then disappeared
Beautiful product, but less than a year after siding, a windy day took down a piece of the trim. David said they would come put it back up when they had a chance.
Months went by, several calls and emails ignored, finally my husband put it back up himself and found there was only one nail hole in the wood, when there should have been 3. Instead he found 2 holes in the soffit panel, or whatever the part of the roof is called behind the wood. The crew had missed, it was their fault and they did not take responsibility.
I guess it shows once they have your money they do not care about you. Now we worry how long before another piece comes off, that we'll have to again fix ourselves.

Gutter and leaf guard install
ABC Seamless out of Rapid City. They had to come up to Lead five times just to get the gutter install done correctly.
Last fall they installed gutter leaf guards. They did an extremely bad job installing. They are all falling off. I told them the third time they came up that because we live at 6200 feet elevation the weather can be much more aggressive.
For that reason you need to use twice as many screws to hold everything together. They did not follow through when installing the gutter guards.
I can't believe they are still in business. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Their corporate owner is a complete narcissist and has the IQ level of a 5th grader. He is a horrible human being to work for, and with, and I hope he goes bankrupt.
